Creating a Heartfelt Library Logo for ‘My Three Sons’
“My Three Sons Library” Sticker & Stamp Design
📖 Personalized Book Marking for “My Three Sons Library” | A logo project in progress…
I’ve been working on a special logo/sticker design for a personal home library called “My Three Sons Library.” This project is for Dawn, who built the library with her three sons during the COVID lockdown—a meaningful family endeavor that turned into a lasting space for shared learning and connection.

The goal is to create a visual identity for the library that can be used as a sticker or stamp to mark books as part of her collection. The design will include her contact info, so if she lends a book out, it can find its way back home.
The name “My Three Sons” is a nod to the classic 1960s–70s TV show, but in this case, it’s a heartfelt tribute to her own three boys and the library they built together.
A fun detail: each son has a unique interest—one plays hockey, one bowls, and one plays soccer—so we’ve shaped the three sets of feet in the design to represent each of them. It’s a subtle but personal touch that adds character and meaning to the final piece.
More to come as the design evolves!
Update: Design Approved!
I’m thrilled to share that Dawn loved the final design! Her immediate approval was a wonderful affirmation of the personal touches we included—especially the subtle nods to each of her sons’ interests. The only change made was a small color adjustment to her address text (which is removed from the shared image to protect her privacy.)
Now, the design is officially headed to production and will soon be printed as stickers to mark the books in “My Three Sons Library.” We’re so excited to see it in action!
